Doesnt open

The requirements on this app say: "OS X 10.6 or later, 64-bit". Im running OS 10.6.8, 64-bit Core i5. When starting up for the first time, I get the following message:

MyFrames Free cannot be opened because of a problem.

Simply doesnt open even though Im well within the requirements.
